The aim of the workshop is to explain what CRMs are and how you can benefit from using one.

You will be shown the differences between 3 free CRMs available and you will download one of them and learn how to use it.

You will leave with a working CRM and be able to enjoy the efficiencies and benefits that come from organising your customer base effectively.
