Procurement Advertisement for Subject Matter Experts in Digital Adoption and Transformation

Title: Procurement Framework for Subject Matter Experts for Digital Adoption and Transformation Training.

Organisation: Like Us (NE) Ltd

Duration of the framework agreement: Max up to 12 months (to 31st March 2025)

Estimated total value of purchases for the entire duration of the framework agreement:  Up to £260,000 (excluding VAT)

Short description of the contract: Compliant with the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) guidelines, Like Us (NE) Ltd is seeking the procurement of Subject Matter Experts and Specialists.  These professionals will be tasked with providing thematic training, workshops, and events, as well as offering in-depth one-on-one sessions in the field of digital adoption and transformation within the wider Tees Valley business landscape.  Successful appointment to the framework does not guarantee work.  Individual contract awards will be called-off throughout the duration of the framework, based on subject matter required.  If more than one supplier on the framework specialises in the same subject matter, a further mini competition will take place to appoint the supplier providing the best value for money.

Scope of Services:

  1. Thematic Training and Workshops: Design and deliver engaging and informative training sessions and workshops focused on digital adoption and transformation, meeting the thematic areas within the sphere of ‘digital’ as outlined and agreed by Like Us (NE) Ltd.
  2. Specialist Events: Facilitate events that promote learning and discussion around digital transformation in the business sector. where required liaise with the events team to ensure project objectives are met.
  3. One-on-One Sessions: Provide pro-active personalised 1:1 consultations to businesses, offering expert advice and strategies for digital adoption and transformation, where required and as directed by Like Us (NE) Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop content and delivery methods that align with the goals of Like Us (NE) Ltd and comply with both project and UKSPF requirements.
  • Adhere to and manage key reporting and evidence requirements as agreed with Like Us (NE) Ltd.
  • Maintain a comprehensive audit trail where required or ensure the strict use of any systems and tools as directed by Like Us (NE) Ltd.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable thematic strand expertise in digital adoption and transformation, specifically within the business sector.
  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality training, workshops, and one-on-one consultations, in particular to businesses and individuals in the context of economic regeneration.
  • Commitment to ongoing support and adaptability to changes in project objectives, public funding regulations and guidelines, as directed.

The framework may re-open again at a later date to invite additional suppliers, if Like Us identifies a need for a specific service or area of delivery and/or if beneficiary research identifies a requirement for support in additional topics/specialisms.
