Our team provided day to day management services and support to ensure the successful delivery of an ERDF funded Teesside University Growth Programme.
What Happened
We were brought in to provide our engagement and recruitment services to the programme as well as specialised support to clients in growth and innovation areas; Supporting them to complete the programme paperwork, complete grant application forms and make successful claims.
Interesting Things!
Grow Tees Valley worked with ambitious small and medium size enterprises (SMEs) to support them to improve or develop a product, embed a new service within their organisation or enter new markets.
The programme worked with more than 250 companies through a variety of different interventions including grant funding, part-funded graduate placements and leadership training.
We were approached by the University to provide our services and in particular, our recruitment and engagement abilities were required in order to assist them to deliver their project obligations effectively.
It’s great to work directly with authorities, however, we are always happy to partner with other providers when they require support on their projects too.
